This taught me when information can and cant be released.

FERPA protects students records from being public. 

I will use this to make my workplace a more comfortable and safe place. 

I have learned that investigations can occur from incidences on or off campus.I will apply this knowledge when needed.

As an employee we must report any violations. The school is a safe place to report violations. 

I have learned that Title IX is very important. This protects people from discrimination and violence. I will apply this by following these rules and making sure others do the same.
