Selecting the right instructional delivery method is essential. I consider the subject matter, and classroom dynamics.
I use a mix of direct instruction, group work, and hands-on activities to keep lessons engaging and effective.
Being prepare in the class is so important. I am going to reach this goal by reviewing the lesson plan, gathering all necessary materials, and making sure my objectives are clear. I think about how to engage my students.
I learn using a variety of teaching methods can engage students more effectively. I plan to apply this by creating lessons that includes visual, and hands on elements, and encouraging students to reflect on how they learn best.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
