The foundations of effective management are planning and preparation.  All of the lessons presented in the module are applicable in most endeavors whether it be in learning or business environments.  Success is dependent on how you plan and prepare for the tasks that lay ahead.

I enjoyed the section on the 3 major competencies that are needed to succeed as effective educators.  It covered the essentials of what it means to teach.  The persona you allow your students to interact with creates a lasting impression on their educational journey and eventually their chosen career path.
