Most students come to school with the highest and the instructor has to have or be motivated to deliver the most effective and real world experiences so that the student will be able to relate and be successful 

Autonomy is a safe way for adult learners to feel the freedom of learning without judgement

In my experience I have applied these mention concepts to most of my classes, However security is always a thought and a displayed method in the classroom environment because students will participate and enjoy the learning process if they often feel safe

In my past learning experiences I felt the most effective and motivating trait that I got from my instructor was preparation and good communication that will cheat an environment  conducive to learning and self awareness.

Communicating positively with students can help get your point across without creating stress. Having empathy will help you communicate without putting too much stress on the student.

Technology is highly important and essential to the online learning experience. Studies show the Internet for some young professionals are just as important to the essentials of life. While that may seem a bit dramatic in comparison to some, it shows how important technology is to the future Developers of the world.

Online learning should include various activities to promote continual engagement from students. 

The current group of students is just like customer service in the work enviroment. You tell them what you will do and when you will do it and than you actually do it. Telling a student how it benefits them is crucial!!!
