General strategy for meeting the class on the first day and how to interact with students 

The lecture gives information about why I need to be prepared for the lecture in a good way, and how to be ready to help students learning process

I need to make a course and lesson plan, as well as a checklist for the Lecture.

I learn about how to be a professional instructor, I also learned about 3 roles to present myself as Model, Manager and Motivator .

i need to show the student that i am caring about them 

I learned about effective strategies 

Keeping course records.
Communicating with students.
Counseling students.
Dealing with undesirable behavior.
Resolving student conflicts.
Minimizing student attrition.

I learn about synchronous and Asynchronous discussion and how to lead students to be engaged in the classroom 

I learned how to keep my presence in the class and be helpful to the students, and I need to know and interact with the students 

we need to review everything in the course so we can give the student learning and technical support 

We need to plan for the course 

We need to be sure that all deadlines, announcements, and grading are done correctly
