Being self disciplined I one of the major reasons most students 25+ years old students are successful. They have more to lose most times because of they are most times parents. They must advocate for themselves most time and that takes lot of courage and confidence. 

Blogging is a great publishing tool for writers and artist to get their work out to the masses and become self published. I love blogs especially the cooking ones. They come in a variety of content / genres they  are very resourceful.

Micro Blogging is a medium which allows users the ability to exchange short messages, information, collaboration and discussions which are similar to instant messaging and text

It’s important to consider some students may lack the dedication and motivation to complete course timely due to life circumstances. It’s good to keep in contact with them through emails to encourage and check on their status.

It is important to understand every student learns differently and it’s important to utilize Asynchronus a Synchronous discussions at the allotted moments. 

I learned that you can still make a great impression on your online students just by creating a bio so they can learn more about you and what qualifications and achievements you have obtained and they in turn can produce a bio to familiarize the teacher with their students.
