Studnets engagement is vital to successful online learning. Communication is super important from/for the students and instructors.

I learned that choosing the right technology tool is an important bridge to communication.

Students engagement is truly vital when making plans, syllabus, etc.

 Syn.= students learn at the same time and is teacher controled enviroment... Asy.= the self paced environment. Students must be willing to work on their own 

A facilitor must have a student centered leaning which places the responsiblit for learnig in the students themselves. It helps the students become independent in thier learning and encourages participation and collabation. 

An instructor must learn which techonolgy tools works best for his/her students and the level of the students knowledge of woking with techonolgy. I also learned that weekly or daily feedback is a very important component to learning and teaching and learning online.

Students can learn from distance teaching and can feel comfortable about learning online.

I intend to give feedback in a timely manner and be available for help.

When teaching students online/e-learning the instructor must have a strong communication  with each learner, as well as, develop a connection with each learner. Another one  is being available to help so students won't get frustrated. Also, It is very important to learn how to nagvate the program/platform.
