Comment on Billie Mikus's post: I think that is  a good point, there should be a good balance and vetting of social media networking and ensure it's alignment to what is being taught. 

 I think social networking is an option however the content should be vetted, not all networking creators are in alignment with appropriate standards of care

I've learned today's learners want concise and clear instruction, along with hands on activities to support application and critical thinking and knowing how this will apply to their future career.

Relate activities and concepts to the real world and how it be utilized in the career they will be doing

Effective communication in an online setting supports student success and tangible outcomes.

Comment on lashonda morrisey's post: Time management is a challenge for all students balancing real life responsibilities with the rigor of these educational programs. 

It still just as important in an online environment to support motivation and any learning disability challenges.
