The 10% rule is new to me. It seems a daunting task to make sure that all marketing is no more than this 10%. I will be giving this concept a great deal of thought in the coming weeks. 

I learned that an advisory board is important for getting feedback on ideas which my institution would like to implement. I believe that having diverse opinions will provide greater representation for my constituents.

Student services is a vital part of a school's success. 

The five year plan will help me plan ahead and then give me a reason for continuing when things get difficult.
