it is good to have a detailed lesson plan not only for yourself and evaluation but in case of a substitute and for evaluations

assessment strategies are essential in measuring the classes abilities stay in tune with class and get to know their needs also pretesting helps in learning what they do and do not know

student lectures should be 10 to 15 minute short and should be practiced and prepared for good delivery as well as variable to relate to every student from front to back row

being a professional requires the training and knowledge to be a model and a motivator in the education field knowledge promotes confidence

intrinsic motivation is internal satisfaction extrinsic motivation is external rewards

security in asking questions there are no dumb questions its dumb not to ask questions show students that they are welcome to give input

retention is application and motivation brings success

We are not perfect show student they are on same learning path show variety and personal experiences to keep students motivated and encouraged
