I found it interesting the idea that the majority of sexual assaults happen with people you may know rather than strangers.  I am a bit shocked but I do find it believable.

I intend on applying everything I have been taught to my own teaching as well as going out of my way to assist others in opening up to me; Fostering a positive work environment.

We should report any sort of sexual harassment immediately whether its written, overheard or brought up in any fashion.

I've learned a great deal about harassment and how I may add to a positive work environment.

I learned FERPA may be overridden in some scenarios and isn't the end all be all.

I learned quite a bit about what requests may be released for different students and even deceased students!

We should be careful with what information we share and comply with FERPA.

I learned how FERPA keeps information private and is both useful to the school and student.

I intend on applying what I've learned to treat all students equally and ensuring they all have the same opportunities for success.

I had a wonderful time learning about how accommodations are in place for equal access, and I specifically enjoyed reading about how televisions operate!
