make the students comfortable so they trust you and explain what you want and what you expect from them, be clear and ask if anyone has any questions

I like to encourage my students to push their selves there is no I can't, yes you can, you can do anything as long as you put your mind to it.

We were all ROOKIES at some point in our CAREERS, for me it was totally different back in the day, we have OSHA now, so we have to be a lot more careful, how we proceed with our professionalism.

Make sure to connect with your student's, come up with a situation where the student's themselves have total input, and they can discuss the situation among themselves

its always good to say good morning to each student, perhaps have a safety meeting before lab starts explain the situation clearly and ask if anyone has any questions or comments

learning your students from the age difference and treating them with respect and the way you want to be treated if you were in there shoes
