I really enjoyed the module on physical space. I didn't realize that this was the first thing you should think about when developing a 5-year plan.

I enjoyed learning about how the classroom connects to job placement, and how faculty serve as a student's first exposure into their profession.

I've learned to pay attention to all the dependencies and coefficients when developing a 5-year plan.  It is important to have realistic and ambitious goals.

I learned that I am a kinesthetic learner and about appreciative inquiry.

I've learned how to adapt my strengths to my leadership style.
