Paying attention to each individual student and their reason for being there, is important to understand their learner motivation. From there working on motivation through retention and using expertise, empathy, enthusiasm, and clarity is a recipe for success between students and teachers.

As the Instructor I must keep in mind that students' attention spans are limited to minutes. Keeping the class engaged will be challenging, Using Verbal Cues along with refocusing and up lifting conversations should keep them from snoozing off.

As an instructor, I will provide a positive and respectful class environment along with goals and expectations, offering recognitions and rewards with a dash of enthusiasm and fun.

Teaching a classroom of students where their ages, personalities, personal problems and how the handle their emotions with others in a classroom setting will be challenging. I see the teacher's role will be to defuse, then get back to teaching.
