Know your students and the methods that they use to learn. Keep records for all your students. I suggest creating an Individual folder for all your students. 

Remember all your students have different learning styles. Know your students and the best way to teach them and communicate with them effectively 

It is important to know your students. You can do this through student bios and know the weaknesses of your students to better assist them. Be in control of your class and let the students know that you are there to help them regarding all the questions.

As an instructor, it is important to understand all aspects of CMS. We need to effectively help the students navigate the online learning and communication is key to their success. Setting achelivable goals in which the student are aware of their progress and deadlines of these goals is important.
