Upon completion of the ML111 course, I feel like I will be a better leader and mananger now that I know there is a distinct difference between the two characteristics.  I felt great knowing I possessed several of the traits that encompasses being a efficient and effective manager or leader.  This course provided me with tools to hone and refine the traits I already possess.

Teaching and assessing students to determine whether they have grasped the intend purpose of a lesson is the key education.  This is done by developing clear & concise objectives, and valid & reliable tests that measure the desired behavior.

Compliance ensures honesty or consequences...we all agree no one appreciates being misled. Even car dealers these days have to provide a car fax.  We have an obligation to our customers of being upfront or the may end up with a strained relationship throughout the enrollment or a student withdrawing to attend another school.

I believe you can avoid a lot of stress by being proactive instead of reactive...DON'T PROCRASTINATE.

In a nutshell, I believe lack of communication or ineffective of communication is the predominant obstacles.

The most important factors an instructor has remember is not to sheepherd as I call it.  Next, remember you were a student once and you may have had some difficulty with certain subjects.  Instructors tend to forget their struggles as a student and set unrealistic expectations for their students.

The best advice I can give is to avoid sheepherding. Everyone learns different subjects at their own pace.
