Knowing Effective time management and effective communication are highly necessary for working environments and students and know how to create great time management for classroom setting

 on asynchronous and synchronous was very helpful for the situation with students and learning atmosphere and work place 

Being present and engage and getting female with getting to know the backgrounds 

I learned the importance of understanding different communication methods and how to apply them effectively in interactions with students and colleagues.great starting point for this teaching environment
