The students personal file is protected unless the students authorized otherwise.

Students are very well protected while they get their education.

Dating and domestic violence key is consent. In either one the perpetrator ignores consent. It's important for victim to be empathized with at all cost until hopefully justice is done.

Title XI and VAWA cover every area of protection for the complainant and the perpetrator until its fully resolved.
