I always told my apprentices #1 rule is your not allowed to get hurt!
As a 26 year old born in 1998, I'm somewhere between the millennial mind set and the gen z. The self learning thing is interesting to me because I was taught a very traditional way, but I have always learned better from having to teach my self.
Do not be afraid to "bother" coworkers, we are all here to learn, to do our jobs as educators to the best of our abilities.
This section confirmed how I thought a teacher should behave. I'm relived to see it written out.
I learned that some of the terms I have been using for years are long out dated, such as "vocational learning" or "no child left behind". Another thing that was interesting to me was how long proper CTE programs have been part of our national education.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
