I've learned the importance of networking in a regular basis with other staff that can provide valuable information regarding detailes of the programs and services that are provided. It's also important to educate applicants about the career or program they are applying for. 

The importance of keeping all files organized and follow all fair consumer practices when providing information about tuition, enrollment agreement and admissions requirements.

 I've learned about the importance of providing our prospective students with clear and accurate information, not just to be compliant with Florida Statutes and Rules but also to follow the fair consumer practices and rules in all aspects of the admission process.
