the module showed me that we need to allow multiple language learners to use their native tongue when they are trying to learn a new language. 

It can be challenging to teach the learner from another country or even state, so it's up to us as educatoers to adapt our teaching methods to reach these particular students

Men are more hands on learners

grading strategies should be transparent to the students

change activity/activities when you notice your students are no longer engaged

3 to 5 main topics/points per powerpoint slide

This course is teaching me the importance of being prepared to teach. 

Mistakes happen.. learn from them and move on.  Do not dwell on them. 

Listening before reacting is key

This course has been informative on how to engage students of different personalities and home situations.
