Verbiage matters!

The way you communicate makes a difference

i am more familiar with the online learner due to being hybrid with my institution the last few years. It seems that this is the way that the world is going but i am weary that students that are not typical online learners will not do very well! 

the students are our customers. We want to make sure that they are taken care of as much as possible.

Seems like out student are more interested in scrolling, then posting. But this a good training to change the narrative

Ideally, this will really help students succeed as well as the instructor, more hands and working together.

Seems like this is the way the future is going. Also, I like the concept of the students actually "pulling their weight" and taking ownership, this makes it easier. 

Because we are in the service industry we need to be mindful that all the work we do in the classroom is much like that as well. Asking what is that we can to make it easier on a student with a disability. Effective communication will go a long way. 

the less people with their hands in the pot the more effective accommodations become. 

I really had no idea about a lot of these. I was aware of disabilities but not how in-depth  these laws go
