Civility is emphasized because it can make or break your online course. Students can be discoruaged for active paticaiption which is why the online instructor must set guidelines for communicaiton.

To ensure the message can be conveyed it is important to match teh tech communcaiton tool to its funciton. I need to learn how to choose the correct tech tool so teh message sent to my students is received with little to not upcoming distractions.

The 6 learning styles are avoidant, competitive, dependent, collabrative, participant and indepdent. How do i quickly assume the learning styles of an online student with a cohort of 18?

As an online instructor i want to provide information to help learners, suggest ideas and help learners with content. In regards to the 3 different approaches to teaching for online learning when it comes to being the best Online Instructor. Should I use teahcer cneter approach, teach-centered student appreaoch or student centered appreaoch. 

To personalize and make online learning more adaptable adn receptive i learned to write a welcome letter, personalized introduction and let my personality been known and seen through my interations.

I need to learn how to promote more S2S student to student engagement to oversee adn overcome challenges in engaging students online. We need to avoid danger of misintrepration adn dealing with silence just to name a few

Asynchronous learning doesn't happen at real time and students can come and comment regardless of time zone or location. Nevertheless synchronous and aysnchronous guidelines should be set.

I wonder if my inclass teaching style will differ from online remote learning. I am an authority teaching style in class but i feel it may transfer over to demonstrator

Course evaluation improves student learning experinces, curriculum etc. The best way to gain an accurate summation of my course would be pretest/posttest from my students.

Meaningful feeback gives students information to increase knowledge. This feedback tied in with the assesment and rubruic creates a vehicle to improve both learning and teaching.
