There are multiple ways to engage students in active learning. 

How to deal effectively with crisis management. 

I learned about the key components of soft skills versus other skills that are necessary for the workplace environment to be effective, as well as interaction with students. 

We must recognize the multiple differences in students' learning and try to accomodate the various learning styles throughout our instruction.

We should allow students to express themselves in their "mother language", if this helps them to learn. 

It is important that we not focus on solely a student's race, but them as a whole.

Athough we may have been taught a specific perception of a group, we must treat every individual as that. 

There are so many ways to assist the student through the learning process. 

There are multiple ways to interact with a student. We have to recognize when they are in need, even if they do not communicate this need to us. 

Attrition rates of the result of multiple factors. It is our responsibility to ensure we are understanding our students' needs to help retain them.
