I learned the need to establish good rapport with students the first week of on line class. send a welciome letter on the first day of the class. before the first week ends, send the personalised message to each student., so hthey can amke good rapport witht he students. Continue to address needs of the student in a timely manner to enhance the learning needs of the student.  

It is essential to understand the importance of being able to navigate through the CMS and be available to my students are successful.

I motivate the students through giving positive reinforcements, feedbacks and ensuring that they are all understanding the information. Develop a good trust to the students.

I think the educators ms\ust bring the real life expereinces to share with the students to motive enthisisistic learning. Teachers should have good qualities such as respecting the role of the management and preparation for the class is crucial.

Proivdign postive enviornement is very essential for teaching. As teach I will tell the students  the first day requiremnts and given feedback and recognition for what they do eah day. 

It is important to learn the teaching of adult learner and instructor should learn how to listen to the needs of the adult learner to acheve the golas in in thier study.

People learn in differnt styles and it is essential for the eductor to ensure that the proper delivery of learning. So that variety of teaching methods makes the course more interesting and learning will be successful.
