Feedback whether formative or summative is beneficial for the students.  Students appreciate rubrics because they give them an outline on what to work towards and the expected outcome of the assignment. 

 

I apprecciated the sectin that talked about using scaffolding techniques to develo a dynamic syllabus. It creates better engagement with the students. This a concept that onine students would need to get use to. 

I have learned when building a syllabus it needs to include dynamic and scaffolding items. It will encourgae the students to be engaged and continue to learn. 

 

I have learned that Title IX is in place and designed to address various forms of misconduct in higher education. This gives standards that can be followed so that students , staff and faculty feel safe on college campuses while also preventing or decreasing crime and violence.
