Providing good communication is key always make sure your employees understand what you are wanting them to do 

Make sure you are actively listening to the speaker and not talking 

When you need to give feedback do it as soon as possible so its fresh and nothing gets made up or wrong thing has been said. Some people dont like getting positive feedback but mangers should still give it. People can get upset when receiving feedback but sometimes its needed so maybe they will fix their problem.

Alway prepare for your meetings have an agenda, open discussion and opinions dont recap for late comers do it at the end if they are interested dont drag the meeting out and dont let them leave confused or stressed make sure everyone knows there rolls in what they are supposed to be doing.

I feel like its away nice to go in to anything with a plan rather go with nothing 

Always know your Purpose, Objective, and goal this will help your presentation more clearly. Get to know your audience and don't assume they already know you introduce yourself and what you are presenting. Practice to calm your nervous system and to make sure you are ready to present to make sure it's finished and ready. Dress professional so the audience don't assume you're not professional.

To make your employees know what you're talking about rather than leading them on for two or three sentence make it your first sentence to make them clear on what you are talking about make it clear and make sure there are no spelling errors.

If I feel myself getting to stressed take a moment and talk to someone that I trust figure out ways to help myself stay organized to get things done that need to be done 

Always do what you want your employees to do set the expectations 

You need to get to know your bosses expectations and learn what their directives, polices, and procedures are and how your boss works. This will help you as a manager or a team lead excel in your leadership. Don't be afraid to ask for help when needed and don't be afraid to give your boss feedback on their projects they are telling you about either.
