I have learned online teaching is that student engagement requires intentional interaction , structure, and creativity. I plan to increase student participation and create a more meaningful and interactive online learning experience.

This topic will help me approach challenges in a more organized way.

I learned that creative problem solving is most effective when combined with strong analytical thinking. I plan to apply this by approaching challenges more thoughtfully.

Critical thinker is an open minded, curious skills. It helps you analyzing information to make informed evidence based decisions.

By guiding the students to analyze information, justify their ideas with evidence, consider multiple viewpoints and solve problems independently.

Students learn in different ways, will observe on how student response best

Encourage Multilingual students to use their home language as a strength not a barrier.

Avoid stereotypes and supports students as individuals.

Students learn best when they feel accepted and respected.

Integrated learning increase engagement and motivation and also improve critical thinking.
