Distance coaching and the techniques were good to learn. I do find things like cohesive statements can make emails and communication longer and students' motivation to read the who thing is missed 

Coaching is not fixing the problem for the student but allowing them to work through it themselves. I have the tendency to equate help with fixing things. techniques such as silence and restating questions are new to me and actually may be a challenge as i see them as i can see it as awkward interaction at times

SNIP method and specific examples on how to soften the feedback has been helpful 

Really enjoyed the link to allow for the student explore interest and where they can go with those intersest careerwise 

I have learned there are ways to check staff emotional intelligence and it plays a large role in learning and motivation 

This is something i have already experienced while trying to implement VR in the classroom 

would love to see how to build i don't have th background for that. But to actively participate  i have the headset and screens need for observation from the rest of the students 

Currently trying to work it into simulation but there is challenges when students are not interested
