That's great Eva! Sounds like you already have developed an efficient curriculum.
You might be surprised at how much your students enjoy it. I have done this with some of my face to face classes and it has worked quite well. But actually, there's really nothing stopping instructors from doing it with online classes too.
Yes, even a short walk can do the trick. Even 15 minutes works great.
This is a nice outlook Adam. It's important to know what we can control and what we cannot control, and just find ways of moving forward.
Great point about caffeine intake Roy. Limiting caffeine intake can also impact your mood and outlook long-term.
The highlighter method does work great Kevin. Color can capture your attention and help you focus on what's important.

I have to say I agree. Teaching is great and very relaxing, especially when we take the time to prepare. Every once in a while there will be a bad student, and this can make things stressful. But on the whole, my students are great and teaching them feels rewarding.

This is a great list Adam. I'm see that the Teaching / Instructing line item is not listed here. Why is this?
Makes sense Roy. Sometimes, if the scantron machine is too far away or inaccessible, it really does make more sense to grade by hand. But it sounds like you've developed some time saving grading methods nonetheless.

I'm glad you mentioned this Rick. It's important to make sure that one student doesn't take the rest of the students down with them. Containing the problem early is the best bet. It takes a little time investment up front but is well worth it in the end.
