Sounds like a great plan Thomas! At first, you might feel a little stressed as you learn the Blackboard process. But this system is designed to save you time and you'll quickly begin to benefit.
That's a great question Salle. It sounds like you have a lot of high priority tasks. I might ask yourself which ones are due the earliest and attack those first. If they are all due at once, I might check and see if there is someone who you can delegate some of the tasks to so you can divide and conquer.
This sounds like a great plan Rich. Good food, exercise and adequate sleep are the top three coping mechanisms for many instructors.

That sounds like quite a challenging environment Lou. For you, it might be best to just focus on the things you can standardize. For example, you may not be able to standardize the questions on exams, but you could potentially standardize your general process for grading exams.
That sounds like a great way to cope with stress Walter. I like how you choose to do this at the start of your day, prior to experiencing stress. Probably gives you a better outlook and approach in dealing with stress.

It sounds like you have a lot of responsibility Natalie. That can definitely be stressful. I like the way you keep up with everything and try not to fall behind. That's a good strategy. Though every once in a while, it's ok to take a break.
Wow, it sounds like you already have a highly organized system Heidi. Yes, a task schedule could make you even more efficient, but you are doing great as is.

This is a great first step Elizabeth. It's nice to get everything down on paper and out of your mind.
Ronald, I really like the point you make about doing quick and easy tasks as a warm up. I have seen this work for many instructors. Sometimes, it takes an hour or so to really get into the complex tasks.
Excellent Agnes! I'm glad you are finding insights that will work for you. Yes, procrastination is not the only obstacle to good time management. The obstacle of immediacy can be just as challenging for some people.
