About me

I have many years experience in midwifery, L&D, post partum, Nursery and some NICU.

I have many years experience in  teaching OB theory and instructing in clinical settings. 

I love to teach/instruct BSN students, to be able to share my knowledge and experiences.

Interests

travelling, site seeing, learning culture, meeting educated, wise people, eating all ethnicity's food and fruits.

Skills

i have a way of connecting with people, specially with my students. i treat every individual differently and help them according to their needs.

Activity

I learned that online educators have responsibilities to reach out to their students and find ways to motivate them to succeed in their learning. Don,t leave them hanging!

i need to understand the safetyness of the task.

what I liked about AI is introducing techniques to help those students who have difficulties in learning subjects being thought.

I learned to be a good instructor, I do not have to their pal!

I need to keep my instructor position by being professional and curteous with my students.

I need to be able to use the technology to enhance my teaching. Be present and ready to present the material for the day.

As an instructor it is very important to keep the student engaged in learning by asking right questions at the right time.

It is critical to be encouraging to engage ant NOT to make the student feel lesser!

I have always made sure to get to know my students, their goal, characters, and preferences.

I worked with each student individually, and with exercises and encouragements, I made sure that they all achieve as best as possibly they can.

this course gave me some tools I can enhance my teaching.
