Seeing importance of bringing career professionals to talk with students. Discussions on career paths, Goals, Opportunities, transitions.

I do like the idea or having HR come to class to speak to students about things to expect on a resume.

The assessment and Investigative stages are important first steps in career choice decision making. In doing the research I found looking for jobs is stressful. 

Understanding and respecting cultural differences helps improve communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills. Being culturally aware also makes employees more adaptable /better prepared to work in diverse global environments. Using common language in the workplace is important for clear communication, safety, and teamwork, also respecting other languages and cultures helps create an inclusive workplace, keeping communication professional, without excluding others. 

Professionalism and Work ethic are essential in any career because they build trust ,respect, and accountability. showing to class on time, communicating clearly, taking responsibility for your mistakes, taking pride in what you do for class work, all will support long term success in the work place and life itself.

Use of technology in any course is important. technology is improving every second -Moore's Law-
