Does your campus have a suggestion box now, John? If so, how will you get students to offer suggestions? Getting students to actually use a suggestion box can be challenging, but your plan could lead to quick, positive results by involving the decision makers. Without that, the box won't be used. Good luck.

How are the peer tutors selected and compensated? Presumably, their work is done outside of normal class hours. How is that coordinated and do they access to labs?
If people are asked to provide feedback and then nothing happens, it won't be long until they don't bother and the exercise becomes a waste of time, energy and good will.
How do you assure the students that they won't be punished for speaking out? Students tend to be a wary lot and question why they should take the risk without a clearly identified benefit for them.

Larry, have you thought though the mechanics of this? How will you identify those in most need? Where will you provide these services?

Sounds interesting, Albert. What is Accelerated Learning? Do all students participate? What are the learning objectives?
What happens with the results, George? Are changes in content, delivery, etc ever made?
How do you entice students to participate in an optional survey at the end of each phase? What percentage actually complete the survey?

A good list, Antonio. What are you going to do to address the topics?
That's a lot of data to get from students. How much do they comply? Does participation increase/decrease as they move through the program? How much impact do the results have on instructor performance reviews and compensation?
