Good plan, James. Who leads the effort? How is it coordinated across departmental lines?
Is there any continuity about instructor expectations for classroom decorum? Are the learning objectives the same if there are multiple sections taught by different instructors? How do you determine that the outcomes are the same?
Coaching for the instructor? How is this handled? Who does it? What skills?
How has this survey impacted you personally, Mat?
Have you made any changes in your presentation based on survey results, Steven?

It's great to learn of schools being aggressively proactive. How has the Student Advocate program worked? How do you select the instructors to fill this role? What do they do when students are in class? Sounds like a program with a lot of potential.
Have you changed any of your practices based on the feedback you received?
Brian, how are the admissions practices communicated at your school? It may be useful for other campuses to adopt/adapt similar procedures to reduce misunderstanding between the admissions and education departments.
Thanks, Anthony. Do you have an examples of trends spotted or changes made as a result of these evaluations? What percentage of students actually complete them?

Attendance is critical to success. The school I was associated with had a strict attendance policy; if you exceeded the allowed time, you had to re-take the course. There were a few exceptions for students who had clear medical documentation and could demonstrate course proficiency. The students knew we were serious and that it was expensive, in both money and time, to skip class.
