Sometimes allowing the follower to make a mistake reaps greater learning.

The consideration of  emotional intelligence when leading is key and I will implement in my leadership.

Metacognitive knowledge involves making the connection between cognition and application of knowledge.  Identification of learning gaps with students is important.

I will commit to the use of logistics and agenda posters in a live classroom.

Instructional supports the learner in order to be successful.  I will contistently use a structured outline that shows students the key points that will be covered in class that will aid in note taking.  

Preparation of course content and ability to teach to meet each student's personal learning styles is key.

Continue with enthusiasm to generate and motivate students in their career choice.

I will be reviewing all my quizzes and exams both formative and summative and evaluate if they meet the criteria learned from the course to better meet the student learning.

Modeling the way is key in helping students to learn professionalism.

I will ensure that my syllabus has clarity and that I demonstrate enthusiam in presentation of material and provide various educational methodologies. 

I will make students feel more secure during my course by offering them more opportunties to showcase what they know. I will observe a class of a colleague to observe nonverbal behaviors that relfect the dgree to which they appear motivated.
