I enjoyed this class.  It allowed me to step back and reflect on things that I have observed but hadn't yet put words and reflection into processing.

The instructor must maintain responsibility for the actions of students and reinforce safety standards

Consistency across faculty in the evaluation of students is essential.  We must seek out and utilize tools (i.e Rubrics, Blooms Taxonomy) to maintain consistencty

Reinforce in a positive light to learners that their preferred learning techniques are their strengths.

We must be mindful and ensure we are maintaining reliability and up-to-date best practice between practice and theory

Awareness to  truly know your student background and apply it to the learning experience

I like the idea of the "crisis game" to spark their application of material being learned

I enjoyed the analogy of teaching is like riding a horse, how tight you pull back, the more resistance may be built

I am impressed by the idea to make face cards for each student and recall what is unique to each of them

I will be mindful to break down the steps to demonstration
