Be professional, be a good leader and manager well, and set great examples for the students to follow.

Motivation involves showing caring and interest in teaching. The faith of your students are also in your hands. Be kind, trustworthy, encouraging, and treat everyone equally fair.

This module reminded me to stay motivated and focus so that students can remain engaged in their learning.

Doreen and Mark, you have a great point! You must recognize others feelings and opinions by listening to them completely. Then you can respond. This helps resolve conflict effectively and show respect for others.

Ensure that we are creating and providing a learning environment which is condusive to learning. Respect, creativity, fun, caring, enthusiasm, positivity, and showing interest in teaching all foster a positive learning environment. Students will be highly motivated which leads to more favorable learning outcomes.

I learned that the classroom is consists of individuals of various backgrounds and teaching must be coordinated to meet the learning needs of everyone. If not, then it is difficult to retain students. So, in order for the institution to carry out its mission, we must help students to achieve their education goals.
