Mindfulness is useful to manage stress using techniques that work to solve problems. 

Everyday life’s situations consist of stress which we cannot completely omit. However, we can apply strategies to overcome stress.

Stress management is essential to health and well-being. We must develop strategies to overcome stress to function in everyday life whether it be at school or work. Teachers can provide guidance and get students some help to cope with their stress.

Motivating others with a passion for what you do dramatically influences their success. Do not just work for extrinsic rewards; focus on what you can continue doing to make a difference in others' lives, leading to their success.

The information is useful and I am considering implementing some in my course
