I learned that the more organized you are and how to information is delivered, the smoother the class will go. 

I learned that students more than likely will be asynchronous learners; it seems to be a more traditional way of learning. 

I have learned that it is best to do your research on each technology tool and see what works best for you and your students' success.

I learned that course evaluations are very important because they give the student feedback on what he/ she may not be doing or doing correctly. Each student needs to get feedback because it helps them move forward. 

I have learned that having a plan is very important when it comes to teaching because it shows the student organizational skills. 

I have learned that even when online courses are given, you must have instructor and student input, no matter what. Making the courses manageable for the students goes a long way toward their success.
