I learned the importance of completing self-analysis inventories on instructors and students.

I am looking forward to implementing the ideas given for multiple evaluations.

I totally had an AH-HA moment for feedback. Feedback should increate learning instead of justifying the grade. What a great, simple way to remember!

I will be adding communication guidelines for our students to use. We will also incorporate a dynamic syllabus to make it easier to locate information.

I learned that consistency in module building is not only more efficient but actually helps students with anxiety and sets up expectations for how the course will flow.

I will be incorporating the recommendations for managing inquires from students. Like in a traditional classroom environment, more outspoken students may ask a question that other students wish to know the answer as well. By utilizing discussion boards or a FAQs area, students are able to help themselves and see if their question has been answered previously.

I appreciated the guidelines provided such as the max class size and managing synchronous discussions.

I enjoyed the "Projecting Your Authority" section. It will be great to add this information into our Online Faculty Onboarding procedures.

I found the information in the comprehending the course delivery format extremely helpful! Since we are just beginning our distance learning journey as an institution, it will be great to make sure all these questions are answered for all new distance learning instructors.
