knowing what students think of assessments are important for the teacher on how we can improve the assessment for the next one or the next set of students 

Having a daily check in with students either on a small assignment or project is very important 

Keeping parents in the loop on how their child is doing either if they struggle or succeed helps because parents are able to help you help their student 

Giving. feedback to students is essential because it helps them think outside the box and also see the lesson/project from a different lens 

being encouranging to students and bringing a positive mindset to the classroom will help them realize that yes they do not know how to do a lot but they dont know how to do it YET. By encouraging them it will be beneficial for them in the long run 

bringing your students strengths to the front of any assignment or lesson is essential because it will help them succeed in the long run and teach them that everyone learns differently 

Being positive and bringing positive attitude to the classroom goes a long way 

Keeping and having a positive mindset in your classroom for your students and fellow staff can help you get through tough challenges, learn and make connections, and open your mind/eyes to new beginnings 

Online working environment is beneficial for some students but it is great to have a dedicated teacher who will teach you both remotely and also in personal to get connections, learn from verbal communication live, and see the other ways on how the world works today 

The flipped model can be beneficial in your classroom but also arise some issues on its own as well
