Chunking materials and keeping modules within a set time limit is very important to the learning.  Also, maintain a good research and image database can make developing a easier task instead of constantly chasing things down

I believe it is so important to build the positive relationships and as an instructor remaining excited and creative about the information you are getting ready to present

Keeping focus is so important for both the students and instructor.  Both are subject to days that they lack energy and initiative to participate, when that happens, sometimes you need to change things up.  I enjoyed the sectioned that recognized that at times this can be tedious for the instructor as well as the students. I couldn't agree with this module more, I think in industry we forget about human factors and worry more about getting the task at hand done.  I have always made it a priority to get to know my students and what they are about.  First day always included individual introductions with your name, where you from, what have you done before, and what brings you here.  It opens a lot of doors for people.  The fear factor is one of those things that you will always have at least one person that does not feel confident.  I had a person… >>>

I have learned again what has been my biggest challenge, which is age diversity  That section was very informative in teaching a new instructor how to handle the differences that take place because of the huge age diversity in the workplace.  It can be a very distracting and conformational situation is allowed to escalate.  As an instructor you need to recognize the differences of opinions and ideas and be able to adapt it into your teachings As well as pairing them up based on age difference,
