The interactive live fire scenarios were impactful. 

I loved the overview and comparisons of the different approaches to instruction. 

The repository is a lifesaver. However, you still need to have resources stored and organized. 

Validation of the importance of in-class collaboration and discussions. I notice students are often annoyed at first that the class is set up for peer interaction. After weeks go by, they know what to expect, and most lean into it more. 

The time management skills shared here have been helpful. I like the focus on planning course material and setting up ahead. I think I will be crafting a routine for consistently sticking to tasks over time. 

I learned how important it is to look at teaching an online course as project management. It was a refreshing perspective, and I realized I was more on track than I thought. I have already began to  developed a system to grade and support students while managing my time well.
