love what you do and set a good example of putting your passion in teaching.

The grading system protects the students. I have to adhere with laws and institution policy. I'm also torn between giving extra assignments or just give them failing grades for not meeting deadlines. If it's a valid reason then I can probably give them a chance but if its just poor time management then I don't want to encourage them bad study habits.

Keeping your time flexible to address students needs. I also like the idea of redirecting students to engage in lessons.

I need to be inventive and put interesting clips or video for my students to be engaged and build their critical thinking skills 

I've laearned to be more proactive and creative so my students can learn more and be engaged more in my class.
