Being prepared, both with the knowledge and the materials applicable to the lesson(s) appears to be paramount. Being respectful and treating the adult learners with a modicum of equality appears to be of high importance as well. Constructive, professional, and positive interactive processes will carry the class through the material presentation processes and keep social interactive distractions with student and instructor to a minimum.
