As an instructor, it is my role to do as much as possible to help to student be successful.

As an instructor, it is important to foster and encourage everyone to participate. Give criticism as needed but use encouraging words to foster participation.

As an instructor it is important for the students to know who you are and your experience to improve the instructor's presence. By doing this, it will increase the relationship between the student and the instructor. This will improve success and retention of your students.

As an instructor, I need to be familiar with the course management system to be the best to assist students in matriculating through the course. I need to know how to make announcements, see the class roster, review quizzes, and respond to students within the course.
