Activity

Fun game ideas and would keep the class fun, engaged, and learning.

I really like the incredible edible cell. That is a fun and creative way to build out the cell.

While I do not perform clinicals myself, I have others that do and this provides very creative ways to engage students while they are doing their rotations. I will be working with my colleagues to see which ideas would be appropriate to consider for implementation.

A lot of fun activities that I have never considered.  I look forward to reviewing my curriculum to see how to best implement some of these ideas.  I greatly appreciate the creativity and outside the box methods.

Appreciate the review on the importance of soft skills and how to mindfully apply them to the classroom. I want my students to learn not only the material, but also how to be prepared in the workforce and this class really helped give some new ideas on how to go about that.

I am happy that I selected this course. The points it made early on about how gamification is not going anyway and that it is best to lean into it are spot on. Also, the ideas presented made a lot of sense and would be a great way to engage students and really make learning come alive. This course provided a lot of good ideas and I will be reflecting on how to bring the content to life via gaming activities.

I realized that while I do use a lot of the strategies discussed, that slowing down and really building some more intentionality behind them and better parameters is so important. This lesson really helped me take a pause and reflect on how I can be more mindful in how I use them in my classroom and gave new ideas to implement. It is so important to have a diverse set of classroom strategies to keep the classroom engaging and meet the variety of needs of our learners and this gave me a lot to think on as I move forward.
