Asking students for their opinion and creating discussions amongst peers is a way to get them more engaged in classes.

problem solving technique and group projects tend to be quite effective for online classes, so should be incorporated to facilitate the students progress

Rubrics are very convenient and helpful for grading. Reverse teaching is quite effective 

Videos should not be longer than 10 mins or students will get easily distracted and stop paying attention. There is a need to switch up and constantly challenge the students to interact and comment or participate so they dont get bored and instead are engaged and learning alongside their peers

allowing the students to engage with the course material instead of just passively listening to a lecture
