The information provided to students must be true and clear, and we must not hide it so that the student makes a correct decision. That is why this module explains the importance of information transparency.

El aprendizaje en este módulo es muy interesante y habla sobre el cumplimiento de las normas y decir siempre la verdad con transparencia para que el alumno tenga toda la información necesaria para tomar una decisión. También debemos hacer que estos conocimientos sean un efecto multiplicador para todo el personal que trabaja e interactúa con el alumno.

LICENSE AND ACCREDITATION ARE TWO SEPARATE PROCESSES THAT ARE SUGGESTED TO ACHIEVE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE IN FAVOR OF STUDENTS.
The license is granted by government institutions while accreditation is voluntary, but it is still important and it is what gives us the work processes so that each procedure works as a cog.
Likewise, we as an institution must clearly explain to the student the credit transfer process and that not all institutions accept said transfers and that they have certain requirements to process it.

In this part of the training I have learned that student services are very important, and that their function is to prepare students for their future professional life. Not all institutions are equal in providing educational services; these services must be in the catalog. Likewise, each institution promotes the use of marketing strategies but always following the guidelines and regulations of advertising and promotion and fair consumer practices. Each institution also uses its advertising designs, which must be reviewed to ensure they comply with the permitted standards.

At this stage of the course, I have learned that the admission process is very important in the institution, especially if they are regulated by the institutions responsible for granting the license. Likewise, this regulation is directed to the school, the person responsible for admission, and the students. I must know everything possible about the statutes and rules of Florida, and be aware of the financial aid process for students. Even if they do not apply, they must have clear and precise information.

Que formar una institución educativa conlleva una responsabilidad muy grande tanto con el estado, con las organizaciones que la regulan y principalmente con los estudiantes que nos confían su aprendizaje, también que hay normativas que debemos seguir para poder brindar una educación de calidad y siguiendo los lineamientos que las instituciones nos indican. Que debemos recibir capacitación constante como personal administrativo activo y responsable de guiar a los estudiantes a través de los cambios que puedan ocurrir. También estar capacitado para brindar información actualizada, aprender los términos académicos.
